Why to rent a holiday home with Intercasas Brazil?

Unlike other vacation rentals sites, Intercasas Brasil personally select the featured properties with demanding criteria of our checklist. We have an extensive knowledge of the region, developed over 15 years. We audit and take care of the holyday homes to ensure your comfort. Our payment system via credit cards is more secure and convenient. We offer calendar synchronization between our site and several worldwide vacation portals ; protecting you from any “overbooking”. We support the guests during their stay with local tips or organize extra services such as airport transfer, daily cleaning or cooking, massage and more. Our service offers flexible schedule for checkin / out.

What is the procedure to confirm my reservation?

Select the property through photos, evaluate all the features and amenities, clear all your doubts with us. You can then carry out your online & secure reservation on our website or in our global partner sites. Payment is usually done by credit card or Paypal. Our reservation policy is based on a prepayment of 50% upon booking plus a due balance at checkin.

What is my guarantee of reservation after the prepayment?

Intercasas Brasil send you a detailed invoice of your reservation along with a rental contract to be signed and sent via email or DocuSign (electronic signature). Your reservation is firm and secure, as all online calendars are blocked, preventing any other reservation at the same period.

How do I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation at any time by contacting us directly or in other partner sites where it was issued. Cancellation conditions: You may cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival, we will refund the full 50% prepayment. You will pay 50% of the total amount if you cancel within less than 60 days from the date of arrival.

Do Intercasas Brasil charge a deposit?

Yes, a rental deposit is usually charged at the beginning of the stay and whose value depends on the property and the requirement of each owner. Payment shall be made at checkin together with the contract final signature and will be returned at end of stay if no damage, The process is carried out through payment by credit card, paypal or in cash.

What is included in the price?

We include booking & credit cards fees, water and energy consumption, wifi, satelite TV, cleaning service at chekins / outs, pool maintenance service and bed and bath linen.

How do I reach the property?

We can arrange your transfer from the airport or Salvador. Otherwise, Intercasas Brasil provide GPS Maps point beyond the precise address. Arriving in Praia do Forte, we will be available and contact you to facilitate your arrival and free entrance to the condo.

Can Intercasas Brasil provide some customized services?

Yes, in order to make your stay unforgettable, we offer a network of partners for cleaning, cooking, chef, masseuse, tours, sports courses (surfing …), shuttle van or car rental. We recommend booking in advance during the summer or holidays.

What happens in case of problems in the property during my stay?

Intercasas Brasil will give you the best and quickest support by hiring specialized professionals to solve the problem, such as water, light, air conditioning or pool. Besides, we regularly audit all properties and ensure quality before and during your stay.

What are the extra charges ?

The amount of the deposit is charged at checkin and returned at checkout Daily cleaning or cooking fees or kitchen can be requested by the guest as extra cost.

Can I invite a group of friends or family in my holiday home?

Yes, always respecting the rules of the condominium,the law of silence and the contract which contains the maximum capacity of the property. The maximum occupancy can not be exceeded ( no overnight visit). Otherwise, your rental contract may be terminated without refund.

I can spend my holiday with one or more pets?

No, in most of the houses but it can be considered and agreed with Intercasas Brasil, since you remain responsible for any damage covered by the rental deposit.

Can I organize an event in my holiday home?

Small family events are allowed, using common sense, respecting the law of silence and condo rules. Large events are restricted to few properties, upon inquiry and specific contract.
